Fuel Briquettes
Fuel briquette is an environmentally friendly product. It is produced from pure saw dust preliminarily dried and pressed under high pressure and temperature without any chemical binding agents. Adhesion is the result of lignin release from plant cells. Then the briquettes are cooled and packed.
Heating capacity of the briquettes is twice higher than the one of firewood and almost equal to brown coal. It ranges from 4500 to 5200 kcal/kg (18 MJ/kg - 20 MJ/kg).
Briquette dimensions are 150 mm (length) x 60 mm (width) x 100 mm (height). These proportions are chosen for the benefit of maximum heat emission and combustion efficiency. The weight of one briquette is about 1 kilogram.
Briquette density is 0,9-1,0 t/m3. Strengthening crust on its surface prevents the briquette from coloration and moisture penetration. Natural origin of raw materials ensures undoubted ecological purity of the product and safety of using any necessary quantity.
The package of the briquettes is made from polyethylene of high pressure, one package contains 12 pieces. The weight of package is 10 kg, +/-2 %. The packages are delivered on a pallet (108 packages on one pallet), tightened with stretch film and tightly belted. The weight of goods on a pallet is 1080 kg +/-2%, the quantity is 1296 briquettes. The pallet is not returnable.
